Lee Jeans rejuvenates its longstanding campaign.
Lee Jeans AW15

So Lee Jeans has just dropped its AW15 campaign, and once again the denim brand instructs you to Move Your Lee.

A tagline now several seasons old, its core is the nucleus of its rejuvenation; that every season a different line-up of body shakers can present their thing, prevents it from feeling tired.

For AW15, the menswear campaign video – above – loosely borrows from the much in vogue (see both Elaine Constantine’s "labour of love" and Topman Design AW15-SS16) Northern Soul, only here the infamous bellbottoms of the era are replaced with Lee’s slim leg indigo roll ups, and soundtracked by Temples’ ‘Sun Structures’ from last year's album of the same name.

Produced by John Israël of Cream Paris – also responsible for the corresponding women’s video, likewise narrated by the Temples track and featuring a similarly 70’s rollerskater – the men’s short was shot in LA, with artistic direction courtesy of Nam Simonis.
