Arcade Fire have asked fans to dress up for their forthcoming arena tour.
Arcade Fire have always strived to make each show feel like an event. Marking their high profile return with a Saturday Night Live special, the band then took off under the pseudonym of The Reflektors.
Playing a number of North American and European shows, the group asked fans to dress up. Faithfully obeying orders, the crowd at a recent Roundhouse show in London turned the historic venue into a tide of imaginative colour.
With their North American arena tour now dawning, Arcade Fire have issued some new orders. As Stereogum note, the Ticketmaster page for the tour contains the short briefing: "Please wear formal attire or costume".
In addition to this, the VIP packages for the tour contain a number of additional features such as the Reflektor Karnaval, an Arcade Fire lithograph and more.
Tickets are on sale now.
