Brighton group Black Peaks have been forced to push back their UK and European tour.
Band member Will Gardner fell ill earlier in the year, suffering from a dangerous infectious.
Sadly, it seems that this issue has returned, with the musician scheduled to undergo emergency surgery.
The timing couldn't be worse for the group, who were just about to hit the road for a full UK and European tour.
In a statement, Black Peaks confirmed that the dates will be postponed, with full refunds available for those who need them.
"We have been racking our brains to try to come up with a solution, or a potential way of continuing with the tour, but in reality we as a band do not want to give anyone a sub-par performance. There is no easy way to say this, but the decision between the band and our team is to reschedule the dates until we are sure that Will is recovered."
"To have this news just before the tour starting is devastating and we’re all still processing this. We hope you all appreciate this was not an easy decision to make, and can only thank you for your continued support and understanding."
"We will be back, and the rescheduled dates will happen. More info will come when we have a full timeline on Will’s recovery."
Here's the statement in full.
