Elton John will play Watford FC's Vicarage Road next summer.
The songwriter is famously a huge fan of the club, and indeed spent two stints as owner and chairman.
Helping to push Watford FC to undreamt of levels, his lengthy association with the club includes a special fundraising show in 2010 - which allowed them to purchase fan favourite Troy Deeney.
Returning to Vicarage Road next summer, Elton John will play two shows at Vicarage Road, Watford's home ground.
Part of his farewell tour, the shows take place on July 3rd and 4th, with tickets going on sale from December 2nd at 10am.
“I simply had to play Vicarage Road a final time as part of my Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. My relationship with the club, with the fans, the players and the staff over the years have meant the world to me. Through the good times and the bad, Watford have been a huge part of my life.”
“I love the club so dearly, and have had some of the best days of my life in those stands - these shows are going to be so incredibly emotional, and to spend them surrounded by my fellow Watford fans will be wonderful. We’ve been on quite the journey together. Come on you ‘Orns!”
