It's an ode to escapism...

Jetta dives into the unknown on new single 'Livin'.

It's a club-leaning workout, one that takes key 90s tropes and re-contexualises them, having a lot of fun in the process.

Out now, 'Livin' matches bolshy electronic production to that clipped vocal, each word spat out with purpose.

Fresh from working with Pharrell, Jetta has the world at her feet, but 'Livin' is the sound of this Liverpool born talent simply cutting loose.

A song about relieving yourself of life's worries, it's essentially Jetta living out her childhood fantasies, with the imagery touching on Gwen Stefani and some Lady Gaga power poses.

"We all need that message right now,” she says, “we need some escapism. I'm a 90s child and it was such a feel-good time, in terms of UK garage and so much of the dance music then. I really wanted to tap into that."
