Dive in now...
Frances

Frances is poised for great things.

Quietly and unassumingly, perhaps, but poised nonetheless. Nominated for the BRIT Critics Choice Award and placed on the BBC Sound Of 2016 shortlist, the songwriter's softly devastating approach seems to be breaking through.

New cut 'Borrowed Time' was written alongside Disclosure's Howard Lawrence, with the pair working in the producer's garden studio. Pitting Frances' voice in a new realm, it demonstrates both her breadth and her willingness to accept change.

Continually challenging herself, the 22-year-old newcomer delivers one of her most emphatic vocal performances to date. Frances comments:

"It was amazing to write Borrowed Time with Howard. We were able to create something that stretched me and introduced me to new ways I can use my voice and my sound. It's also a song we both relate to so that made the writing process so rewarding."

English producer Riton has stepped in on remix duties, seizing hold of the electronic influences and pushing 'Borrowed Time' gently towards the dancefloor.

Could Frances become a house diva? Seems there's no ends to her talents...
