Sigur Ros
It's due to be released digitally on November 23rd...

Sigur Ros frontman Jonsi is set to release an album of 'lost' solo recordings next week.

The material was recorded between 2000 and 2004, with Jonsi using the pseudonym Frakkur to cover the project.

The music had previously been thought lost, with Jonsi's own copies of the tracks locked on a corrupted hard drive.

Thankfully, he burned a copy on CD-R for a friend, and this has been used as the master for a new digital release.

Out on November 23rd, the digital compilation will feature 24 songs, the majority of which have never been available before.

'Frakkur 2000 - 2004' will be released on November 23rd.
