Skating Polly tap into the righteous core the punk experience.

A band who emerged from North America's nexus of DIY communities, they craft pop leaning punk with a bold grunge touch.

New cut 'Play House' finds Kelli Mayo and Peyton Bighorse sparring on vocal duties, while Kurt Mayo is responsible for the helter skelter drumming.

It's a real thrill, something that emerged from a period of writer's block for Kelli Mayo and helped transform the way Skating Polly make music.

It's a true group experience, with Peyton Bighorse supplying one of its truly emphatic moments: “I’ve had more than enough time to learn what I felt was not a thought crime!”

In true Skating Polly fashion the video for 'Play House' is well worth catching - notably for a guest appearance from Dave Yow of seminal US outfit The Jesus Lizard.
