Battle Mountain
Not Waving

Electronic music is often a solitary pursuit.

DJs tend to work alone, while producers spend long nights working on their own. Sometimes, though, two heads are better than one.

Walls are a case in point. Apart, Alessio Natalizia and Sam Willis are capable of crafting fine productions, with their respective solo careers boasting numerous highlights. Together, though, they make one hell of a noise.

Kicking off the year in fine style, Walls inaugurated their new label Ecstatic with a release from Alessio's side project Not Waving.

However it's Walls themselves who have caught our attention. The duo's live show is continuing to expand into new areas, fusing light and sound in a blistering, unexpected, inspiring way.

Taking their Ecstatic imprint to the Shacklewell Arms in London tonight (May 10th) the pairing have agreed to headline.

Walls will play a rare live show courtesy of East Not-East, and to celebrate we've grabbed a track from Alessio's side project Not Waving. 'Battle Mountain' is an imposing, muscular piece of techno which remains continually fluid, continually in flux.

Listen to it now...

Walls are set to play East Not-East tonight (May 10th).
