'Visions Of Fortune'

Leeds duo Polo are outsiders in a city of outsiders.

While the Leeds' scene is rooted in DIY, underground indie rock, Polo make glistening, artful pop with an R&B slant.

New cut 'Visions Of Fortune' is a subtle, soulful return, one that warns against making snaps judgements: “Why's a girl like you looking oh so sad?”

“The title "Visions Of Fortune" comes from when people look at someone in an insincere way and see how they can personally gain from them, regardless of the consequences to that person,” say the band. “The song is dark, deep and accepting of the nature in which people can perceive things at face value, but the song isn't defeatist and certainly fights back.”

Smart, sparse, and wholly affecting, you can check out the video for 'Visions Of Fortune' below.
