Adam Green is a true Renaissance man, a superb visual artist, storyteller, musician, and songwriter.
He brings these skills to the fore on his latest project, working on a new film and his first ever - full - graphic novel.
Billed as a psychedelic war epic the new book War And Paradise will be set in the universe of his film Adam Green's Aladdin.
Released concurrently, these themes also proliferate his new album 'Engine Of Paradise', due for release on September 6th.
Album highlight 'Cheating On A Stranger' has an ominous feel, with Florence Welch offering her distinctive backing vocals behind Adam's croon.
The video was directed by Pete Voelker, and it transports this Renaissance man to another universe Adam has discovered, replete with Medieval-style imagery.
He explains: "The song is about finding yourself submerged in a wasteland, some kind of second-life where there are empty replacements for everything you knew. You try to embrace this new world, but the more you squeeze it, the more the air comes out."
Wonderfully imaginative, it's a clip to get lost in, to play over and over.
