It's a colourful return...

Electronic pop trio Flawes have shared the neat video for new single 'Holding Out For The Win'.

The three-piece have a neat way with digital melodies, this coy, playful approach to songwriting that feels open, melodic, and addictive.

New EP 'Reverie' hits home on February 26th, but before then Flawes have a new gift for fans.

Out now, new single 'Holding Out For The Win' is a stellar return, pointed and assured in its alt-pop ambitions.

“‘Holding Out For The Win’ is about that split second in a relationship when you realise: this is something special,” says frontman JC Carruthers. “It’s based at the start of a relationship and it documents the moment of falling in love with someone and realising there’s something to be lost here. It’s the realisation: I need to make this work.”

The video uses some old school computer game imagery, with Flawes using headsets to flip between our world and their 16 bit fantasies.

It's a fun take on the song, one that captures its larger-than-life exuberance. Tune in now.
