Irish duo Saint Sister met while studying at college, but quickly swapped academia for something a little more fluid, a little more creative.
Gossamer pop with a poetic streak, Saint Sister's singular approach has resulted in some pointed, utterly beautiful music.
Heavenly vocals matched to sparse but enormously effective arrangements, their astute pop touch shunts them ahead of contemporaries.
Set to release their debut album on October 5th, Morgan MacIntyre comments: “There are some very introspective songs on the record, songs in which we gave ourselves the space to experiment and use textures we hadn't used before, but then we've also got a few songs that are much poppier than anything we've released up until now.”
New song 'You Never Call' is an impish, infectious return, with the duo's sculpted songwriting culminating in that addictive yet bittersweet chorus.
We've got first play - tune in now.
