Watch 'No Soap In A Dirty War'

Outspoken British act Reverend & The Makers are set to return with their new single 'No Soap (In A Dirty War)'.

It's been a busy ol' year for Jon McClure. After releasing the debut album with his group Mongrel the singer returned to his first love - Sheffield indie types Reverend And The Makers.

Recording their second album 'A French Kiss In The Chaos' the group refused to shy away from controversial issues. Getting threats from racist thugs following their outspoken criticism of the BNP, Reverend & The Makers aim to tell it like it is.

Headlining the recent Tramlines festival in Sheffield, the band celebrated the launch of their debut album with an unusual bus top tour of their hometown. Playing impromptu gigs wherever they stopped Reverend & The Makers inspired and bemused passers by.

Now the band are set to release another single before heading out on a full scale UK tour. This time playing actual venues Reverend & The Makers will no doubt be toasting the success of their new single 'No Soap (In a Dirty War)'.

Available from October 5th it features Reverend & The Makers on snarling, life affirming form. Watch the video now...
