Manchester has always had a heart for good music and touring bands frequently hail the city’s crowd as some of the most excitable to play to in the world. It’s a city where the folded-arm sceptics are considered a thorn in your side and wild energy always filtrates.

This gig ethos usually occurs at the slightest of events, but when an event like Parklife comes along the atmosphere is bound to be ecstatic.

The two-day non-camping festival has a good reputation for drawing astonishing live acts and this year the line-up is tasteful and diverse enough to make gig-goers fired-up months in advance.

Now one of the biggest festivals in the country and with a new location for 2013, the festival has a line up to match. From headliners all the way to the foot of the bill, there is something for everyone.

As an official media partners, Clash has 3 pairs of weekend tickets to give away.

Well... we did. Sadly, the competition has now closed.
